Credit Repair . We take prospective buyers that could not qualify and register them in a program with the realtor. YOU. It may take a few months or a couple weeks to ready them for purchase but when they are ready we notify you and proceeds with the closing. Also, The Garbage Credit program has allowed us to take a 493 credit score and close the loan.

The One Time Lifetime Program is a commitment by us to only charge a loan origination fee one time. This means that the customer can buy as many properties as they wish after the first without incurring a loan origination fee. This commitment is put in writing. We only charge a processing fee and does not have any junk charges. We want our clients' business for a lifetime!
